Elizabeth arranged all this (dark hair on the right)! Her family, her sister’s family and her mom and dad. It doesn’t seem like much, but anyone who has gotten family pictures taken knows how stressful it can be to arrange everyone’s schedules, pick out clothing, site, time, and make sure the kids stay happy and everyone else for that matter.
Then you have to just sit back and pray that the weather is what you wanted. You never know and really, you don’t know until that day, just hours before shoot time. Well, we didn’t get rain – yah for that!
Everyone, a round of applause for Elizabeth!
Elizabeth was not happy with her last portrait and she has had to stare at it for over a year on her wall. Time for a new one!
We made sure to get some cute ones of the kids too! I love this series. Elizabeth, you should group all 3 of them together and frame it for your wall. The series is so precious. Kaelyn (3) looks like she adores her big brother Logan (6).

Elizabeth’s sister, Michelle (husband Jason), said it had been a long time since her family had pictures taken, so we made sure to get some of just her family as well. Do you notice how the mom and youngest boy both have the same disappearing eyes? How cute!
Even though it didn’t rain, every thing was still wet. Tristin (12) an Orion (6) are laying in a wet wagon, but it was fine with them. Anything for a good picture, right?
One of my FAVORITES.
Another group photo.
A FAVORITE. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Do I need to tell you why? (Elizabeth and Michelle’s parents, Harry and Linda).
Boys will be boys! Love this series of the cousins playing “King of the Mountain.” They are on a mound of dirt, so yes, they got dirty!
If you can believe it, not everyone is excited about getting their picture taken! I know, hard to believe, but it’s true. Orion is running to find Logan who has slipped around the corner, but we eventually caught up to him to get a few more with his family.
Another family pic for Elizabeth.
We tried hard to get one of ALL the cousins, but little Kaelyn just wasn’t feeling it on this day and didn’t want to bother with the boys…

Cute little Kaelyn.
Dad (Marlon) with his girl.

I love the expression on Kaelyn’s face. Priceless.
With this many leaves on the ground we just had to throw them!
And the boys wanted a chance to do it with just them. Love this picture!
