Doug and Patty are VERY special friends. I can’t describe what I mean by that other than they are more than friends, they are family.
Just recently Patty had some exciting news… after many years of waiting patiently… she is pregnant… yippee!! I cried when she told me. I knew how much this meant to her.
Funny thing, how that happens right when they start caring for baby Mia. Another new addition to the family and she is a doll!!
When we get together it seems that it ALWAYS involves good food! Joe and Doug are foodies and proud of it. In fact, Doug makes his own rubs, which we use almost daily! Check it out on Facebook.
Jacob has welcomed Mia into his family with open arms (yes, I’m singing Journey right now). How sweet is that!
