This time of year is always difficult with the rain, but we live in the northwest and it’s beautiful and it rains. The Abbe family was willing to change their plans of going to the park for fall colors to going to some downtown garages where we would be protected from all the rain drops. Right when we drove to our new spot the rain got a little lighter and we were able to actually get more than just being in the garage. I love the look of a wet roadway and the family ended up loving the new location!
I document a lot of families that have older kids, especially since I do so many of my senior’s families during their senior sessions. This family has younger kids than that, but they are still treated a little differently than those with much younger ones. I have fun coming up with different ways to show families together but still consider that they are a more mature family. 
What a fun family and so great with the occasional rain drop!
