Stephanie was very organized, so we could get as much as possible into the family photo shoot! Why not! We did a general family portrait, a Christmas card photo, fun pics of each of the kids and a special one for Taylor, since she was turning 1.

Taylor wasn’t too sure what to think about the big black thing staring at her the whole time!
Peyton helped her feel relaxed though, just like a big sis should.
I was just checking the lighting in the barn doorway, but ended up loving the pic we got of Peyton modeling for me.

I saw this really cool light coming from inside the barn and I HAD to use it. Love all of these and now I want to go back and explore the light some more.
Don’t you just love the specs of light behind them? It just makes the whole image come to life. Not to mention, Phil and Stephanie look pretty hot too! A much different look than the other images from the session.
